Most items dry completely within 4–8 hours. Drying time depends on the fabric, filling thickness and room humidity. Airflow, such as an open window or a fan, speeds up drying.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Please clear the space around the item and remove objects from the sofa or mattress. We bring everything else, including equipment and water.

Yes. We use certified, odourless and allergen-free products that are safe for both children and pets. After drying, no harmful residue remains in the fabric.

Will all stains definitely come out?

Most stains can be removed, but the result depends on the stain's age, type and the fabric. Very old or previously mistreated stains may not always be fully removable. We always assess the situation honestly before starting.
